Your competitors aren't better than you. They just have more reviews.

Google Business Profile and review management for med spas. I fix the listing, install a review system that actually runs, and answer every review that comes in — so more of the people already searching for injectables in your area end up calling you.

Why your listing decides who calls

When someone nearby searches “botox near me,” Google shows three businesses on a map above everything else. Most people pick one of those three.

Which three you get depends partly on things nobody controls — mostly how close you are to whoever is searching. But it also depends heavily on review volume, and on whether the listing is properly built out. Those parts are entirely fixable, and at most practices nobody has touched them in years.

503 vs 28
In one Chicago-area suburb, the med spa holding the top spot has 503 Google reviews. Excellent practices a few minutes away are sitting under 30. That gap isn't about quality of care — it's about whether anyone is asking.

What I actually do

Done the way that doesn't backfire

Plenty of review software sold to medical practices quietly breaks the rules — filtering unhappy patients away from Google, offering discounts for reviews, prompting people at the front desk. All three are prohibited, all three are enforced, and the penalties land on your practice, not the vendor's.

I don't do any of it. And because a med spa is a medical practice, every public reply is written so it never confirms, implies, or references anyone's treatment — which is a live compliance risk most practices don't realise they're carrying in their own review replies.

No contract and no setup fee. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice. Everything I build on your profile stays yours either way — I'm a manager on your listing, never an owner, and I never need your password.

Everything happens remotely

Nothing about this needs me in your building. Onboarding is about twenty minutes of your time, once — you add me as a manager on your Google listing, send me your services and some photos, and that's your involvement over.

From there the work is mine and the report lands in your inbox on the same day each month.

Who you'd be working with

AA

I'm Alexander Ardelean, based just north of Chicago. This is a one-person operation — you'd be dealing with me, not an account manager, and not whoever the agency assigned to you this quarter.

That's exactly why the first month is free and there's no contract. I'd rather earn it than sell it, and I'd rather you judge me on what changes in thirty days than on a pitch.

Start with the free audit

Tell me your practice name and I'll send back a one-page breakdown of where you sit against your three closest competitors — review counts, what's missing from your listing, and the three things I'd fix first. It's yours whether or not we ever work together.
